Standard Return Policy

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for Fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return Seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

  • Product (s) must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging.
  • All materials and documentation provided with the order must be returned.
  • Contact us to obtain a “Return Authorization Number” and “Return Instructions”.
  • Any Item returned without Notice or a Return Authorization may incur Additional Fees.
  • The buyer will be responsible for Any and All Re-Stocking Fees and Shipping Cost.
  • If an item has been sold with Free Shipping (cost of shipping was included with the price), then the actual cost to ship that item will be deducted from the refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to Health Concerns, Federal Laws, and Regulation only unopened and unused Health & Wellness Products (Bath Tubs, Herbs, Vitamins, etc.) can be returned for a refund and/or exchange.
